Adele recently experienced a heartfelt moment with another legendary vocalist during her latest concert!
The 36-year-old singer of “Easy on Me” was visibly moved when she spotted Céline Dion in the audience at her Las Vegas residency show on Saturday, October 26.
In footage shared by a fan account on X (previously known as Twitter), Adele passionately performed “When We Were Young,” moving towards Dion, 56, who was seated in a VIP box at the Colosseum within Caesars Palace.
Overcome with emotion, Adele and Céline shared an embrace that lasted several seconds. After their hug, Adele exchanged tender words while Dion gently held her face. The Canadian songstress then took hold of Adele’s hand and kissed it as the British artist waved to fellow concertgoers nearby before continuing her performance.
A closer view of this touching encounter revealed tears streaming down Adele’s cheeks after the embrace as she walked away. In another angle captured in the video, Dion appeared equally emotional while conversing with her musical counterpart. Following their exchange, Rihanna was seen taking a seat again while wiping away tears from her eyes.
Dion seemed to be accompanied by two of her children, Nelson and Eddy Angélil, both 14 years old. They comforted their mother following this emotional interaction. A separate clip also showed Adele walking back into character while discreetly dabbing at her tear-streaked face during the song.

Their poignant meet-up in Las Vegas marked a significant full-circle moment since just a few years ago; Adele attended one of Celine’s performances at that very same venue.
Back in January 2018, after one of Céline’s concerts during her second run at The Colosseum residency, Adele visited backstage for an encounter filled with admiration and warmth.
Following their meeting then, Céline expressed on Instagram how thrilled she was about Adele attending one of her shows: “Even though I couldn’t perform all my concerts due to health issues last year,” she wrote excitedly earlier that year. “I can’t put into words how much I love Ada!”
